Villa Walir is a family-run hotel located in the central part of Mariánské Lázně, just 50 meters from the main avenue.
Nearby, you’ll find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and various shops — all within walking distance. At the same time, the hotel is situated on a quiet street surrounded by parks. From the windows of the hotel, you can see the colonnade of the Ferdinand Spring. A bit further, approximately 300 meters from the hotel, is the well-known Rudolf Spring.

The hotel’s new building was constructed in 2011. Modern technologies and materials were used for wall and foundation insulation as well as interior finishing. As a result, the house stays very warm in winter and pleasantly cool in summer.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable — almost like home! The room doors are opened using a chip card. Each room is equipped with a small safe and an LCD TV with many channels. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
However, if you need a more stable internet connection, a wired connection can also be arranged.
The hotel includes a cozy garden with a pond and gazebo, where you can relax, sunbathe, or sit in the shade of trees. In the warmer months, guests enjoy outdoor dining, sunbathing, and barbecuing. There is Wi-Fi signal in the garden. Parking in our guest parking lot is free of charge.

Breakfast is served in the dining room on the ground floor and is in the form of a buffet. In addition to the traditional cold buffet (bread, cold cuts, butter, jams, juice, yogurt, coffee, and tea), we also serve homemade porridges (oatmeal, millet), scrambled eggs, pancakes, etc. — the menu changes daily. The dining room is open 24 hours a day. You may use the refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave oven, kitchen utensils, and an iron with ironing board.
Inside the hotel building, you will find our medical and balneo center. For long-term visitors, there is the option to receive popular therapeutic and relaxation spa treatments — even after consultation with a doctor. The doctor will prescribe a drinking cure of mineral water as well as various procedures depending on your condition and needs. For guests staying only a short time, massages are available.
