MARIÁNSKÉ LÁZNĚ
Mariánské Lázně is one of the most well-known and popular spa towns in the Czech Republic.
The town is situated in a picturesque valley full of beautiful parks and is surrounded by forested hills at an altitude of over 600 meters above sea level.
Although the healing springs were discovered in the 13th century, the spa was only established at the beginning of the 19th century.

Since July 24, 2021, the spa town of Mariánské Lázně has been newly listed as a UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage site.
Mariánské Lázně owes its fame to its mineral healing springs. About 40 of them are located within the town itself, and more than 100 in the greater Mariánské Lázně area.
The fact that so many diverse springs emerge in such a small area is a unique phenomenon in the world of spas. This allows for the treatment of various diseases using drinking cures alone, which is quite rare among spas.
The minimum duration needed to achieve visible improvement is usually 2 weeks, with the optimal duration being 3–4 weeks. It is recommended to visit twice a year.
